FaxCheckout (Exucom Systems Inc) offers only the manufacturers original warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Verification of the nonperformance will be verified by the manufacturer. If you are not satisfied with purchase notify Exucom Systems within 30 days of delivery and you will be issued a refund for the purchase price for hardware and unactivated software, less 25% re-stocking fee, in accordance to the return policy provided here. Consumable supplies and Professional Services are not included. All merchandise returned for credit/refund must comply follow the approriate steps for a refund as stated on the refund policy page.
