Manufacturer’s restrictions preclude us from accepting all returns and for certain purchases these terms do not apply. EXUCOM reserves the right to refuse a product for return. Returns are subject to current manufacturer’s policies and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to any return.

FaxCheckout values its relationship with you the Customer and offers you the option to return most products you purchase directly from FaxCheckout. For all purchases not made directly from Exucom (FaxCheckout), please check the return policy of the provider from which you purchased your product.
30-Day Return Period for Certain Products and Accessories: Unless you have a separate agreement with FaxCheckout or except as provided below, all hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts may be returned within 30 days from the date on the invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees (as further described below).
Any product returned to FaxCheckout without prior authorization from FaxCheckout will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive credit for the product and FaxCheckout will not ship the product back to you.
Non Cancelable Non Returnable( NCNR) : If a product is labeled as non-cancelable, non-returnable. you assume full liability for any product that:

Downloaded Software
To obtain a refund on a product that was delivered to you by online download, you must adhere to the following guidelines.
All returns for downloaded software must be pre-authorized by Exucom Systems Inc (FaxCheckout) as described below. Your right to obtain a refund for downloaded software lasts only for a limited time. Your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (described below) must be made to FaxCheckout within 30 days of the date FaxCheckout delivered the license (the "Purchase Date"), and FaxCheckout must receive, at its offices, your fully completed and signed Affidavit of De-Installation and Non-Use of Software within 35 days of the Purchase Date. No refund will be made until the Affidavit has been received by FaxCheckout, or if the time requirements described above are not met. FaxCheckout is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.
Products not purchased directly from FaxCheckout must be returned to the place of purchase (Web store, etc.) and are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.
To receive a refund for downloaded software purchases from FaxCheckout, you must obtain from FaxCheckout an Affidavit of De-Installation and Non-Use of Software(described below), and complete and return the Affidavit to FaxCheckout along with the manual and CD if the Download Kit was purchased. No credit will be issued for incomplete or non-FaxCheckout component returns. You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software. Once you have returned the Affidavit of De-Installation and Non-Use of Software to FaxCheckout (and the Download Kit, if applicable), all licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights.
All Affidavits of Software Destruction must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by FaxCheckout clearly displayed on the form. To receive a RMA #, please visit . You must provide sufficient information for FaxCheckout to be able to identify your transaction, such as the FaxCheckout order number and/or invoice number and/or date of transaction given to you when the download was ordered. If FaxCheckout is able to identify your order, and the request is made within the timeframe discussed above, you will be given a RMA # as well as a copy of the Affidavit of De-Installation and Non-Use of Software ready for completion and return to FaxCheckout.
When making your request for an RMA, please provide FaxCheckout with your e-mail address if you can receive and print a document in Adobe Acrobat® (or ".pdf") format. If you are not able to receive the form by e-mail in a .pdf format, you must also provide us with a fax number or mailing address to receive the form. Remember, no matter how you choose to receive and/or return the form, you are still responsible for meeting the limited time rule discussed above. You must fill out any missing information on the Affidavit of Software Destruction, sign and date the Affidavit, and return it to FaxCheckout as instructed on the form.
When FaxCheckout receives your properly completed and signed Affidavit of De-Installation and Non-Use of Software(and Download Kit, if applicable) within the timeframe discussed above, FaxCheckout Software will provide a refund to you of the amount you paid for the software plus refund any appropriate taxes charged with that order. FaxCheckout will not refund any shipping or handling charges that may have been charged to you. Refunds will be made in the same manner as you purchased the product. If you purchased by check, FaxCheckout will send you a check, so please be sure we have your mailing address. If you purchased by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. If you purchased by company purchase order, your account will be credited.
Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a FaxCheckout error, FaxCheckout may charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

- A purchase order for a product labeled NCNR cannot be cancelled.
- Products labeled NCNR cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing defect.
- The above purchase order cannot be rescheduled for shipment date later than the original requested / scheduled ship date. We will make every attempt to meet your requested ship date, but cannot commit to a firm ship date until we are in receipt of product from our supplier.
